Students will learn about coffee agronomy, varieties, processing, production techniques, regional traditions, and the evolution of consuming culture. Students will taste the broad diversity of coffees in the world through several cupping flights. Essential for anyone who seeks to be a coffee expert, this course is required for Counter Culture Coffee Steward Certification.
