Brewing Science I

 
Brewing Science I emphasizes the essential elements of quality-focused brewing practices using the Clever Coffee dripper.
The first of a three-part series exploring Brewing Science. In this half-day lab, students learn the essential elements of quality-focused brewing practices and explore key brewing concepts in depth, reinforcing their new knowledge through manual brewing and tasting exercises using the Clever Coffee dripper. This lab is perfect for anyone with a strong interest in coffee and is required for Counter Culture Coffee Steward Certification.
 
Who should take this lab: Prospective Coffee Stewards, coffee shop owners and managers and other coffee professionals, those interested in coffee science
