Brewing Science I emphasizes the essential elements of quality-focused brewing practices using the Bonmac Pro Cone and the Extract Mojo coffee refractometer.
Brewing Science II is the second in the three part Brewing Science Series. In this half-day lab, students explore more key concepts in the pursuit of brewed coffee perfection, and are introduced to scientific tools for evaluating brewed coffee. Brewing exercises with the Bonmac Pro Cone and the Extract Mojo coffee refractometer and application reinforce learned material. This lab is required for Counter Culture Coffee Steward Certification.
 
Who should take this lab: Prospective Coffee Stewards, coffee shop owners and managers and other coffee professionals, those interested in coffee science
