PM session: 2 p.m. - 5 p.m.
This half-day lab explores milk chemistry and the milk texturing and pouring techniques required for the creation of latte art and proper drinks incorporating milk. Baristas will work with instructors to understand milk science and perfect their milk texturing and pouring techniques. This lab is largely hands-on, and is designed for a working barista with solid espresso skills; Counter Culture’s Beginner Espresso Lab lab and recent bar experience are required prerequisites.
Who should take this lab: Experienced baristas looking to develop their milk skills and pour latte art.
Prerequisites: Beginner Espresso Lab and professional barista experience.
