General Order Information
- All coffees are shipped in 12 oz. one-way valve bags for freshness, unless otherwise noted.
- All orders received by midnight will be shipped the following business day. All orders received Friday-Sunday will be shipped the following Monday.
- We cannot guarantee order scheduling.
- All coffee ships within one day of roasting.
- We ship only whole bean coffees, because we believe great coffees are at their best within 30 minutes of grinding.
- We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

Shipping
- Our $5 Flat Rate Shipping offer is valid for UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail at our discretion and does not apply to expedited shipping options. This offer is not available for orders outside of the contiguous 48 states. Thank you for your understanding with regard to these limitations. Please check your shipping information for errors if your order is eligible for this low flat rate shipping offer and this option is unavailable during checkout.

- When I try to update my Account Details, the site indicates that my email address is already in use and won't let me make changes.
- When I try to create a new registration, the site indicates that my username is already in use.
We updated our website in August 2009. The old version of the site allowed multiple registrations while the newer version does not.
