Below is a map with standard UPS Ground shipping times for shipments out of Durham, NC. USPS (used for some Flat Rate Shipping packages) delivery times are comparable, with faster transit to the West Coast.

Please note: these are standard ground delivery times, not guaranteed times. If you need a guaranteed time, please select 3-Day, 2-Day Air, or Overnight delivery. Estimated delivery times below do not include the ship date—which is the next standard business day after the order is received, except for subscriptions.



Order Fulfillment Schedule

Counter Culture’s mission is to source, roast and deliver the finest and freshest coffee in the world. Orders placed by midnight Eastern Sunday through Thursday (Eastern Time) will be roasted, packaged, and shipped the next business next day. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday will be roasted, packaged, and shipped on Monday.

Coffee subscriptions ship on scheduled installment dates each month. Subscription orders are queued for the next scheduled installment date. Coffees ordered a la carte will be roasted, packaged, and shipped the following business day.

Our low Flat Rate Shipping is valid for UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail at the discretion of Counter Culture Coffee and does not apply to expedited shipping options. This offer is not available for orders outside of the contiguous 48 states.
