Counter Culture Coffee's head roaster Tim Hill recently collected his notes from his trip to Popayan, Colombia, back in June 2008 ... just in time, too, because the 2008/2009 harvest lot of La Golondrina recently arrived in our warehouse!
In June 2008, Tim visited Virmax, our friends and partners who been instrumental to our relation-building efforts in Popayan, Colombia. During his trip, Tim toured coffee farms, met with farmers, and cupped the coffees that were to comprise the delicious new harvest lot of La Golondrina.
