Since the 1960s, the Colbran family has been producing magnificent coffee from their farm and neighboring farms in the Eastern Highlands of Papua New Guinea – one of the most remote places on earth. We fell in love with their coffee, as well as the practices behind it, two years ago and have been buying it ever since.

 

This limited Single-Origin Espresso from Baroida represents the meeting of carefully hand-cultivated coffee and the craft of small-batch roasting. For espresso, we roast it just a touch longer, emphasizing the coffee's natural sweetness. We love its brightness and complexity, anchored by rich, sweet notes of plum, cherry, and spice.
