A mainstay of our lineup for over a decade now, this year, Finca Nueva Armenia makes its debut in decaf! We believe in offering the best possible experience to drinkers of decaffeinated coffees: coffees that taste great from farms we’re excited about and relationships in which we take great pride. We send small batches of coffee to the Swiss Water decaffeination plant in Vancouver, Canada, frequently, which allows us to keep our decafs tasting fresh and to offer a larger variety of our best single-origin coffees than if we stuck with traditional, larger-batch decaffeination. Chocolate, sweet, and nutty. Learn more$17.50
One of the most highly anticipated Central American coffees we offer, Concepción Huista delivers yet again. This is our third year of working with the cooperative, and, this year, we focused on buying smaller lots – trying to capture higher quality from particular areas within the cooperative. As always, bright fruit tones are the hallmark of this coffee, accentuated by a nice, lingering sweetness with notes of pomegranate, brown sugar, and apple. Learn more$15.50

Early Harvest – Day Lots
When many people first think of Papua New Guinea, they think of a remote, diverse, beautiful, yet strange place, and, we admit, Papua New Guinea is all those things. In this complex place, the Colbran family continues – each year – to redefine the coffee of the Eastern Highlands. This year, we focused even more on small, meticulously sorted lots of coffee from different times of the harvest, and it won't disappoint. Baroida brings a blend of sweet and savory notes, coupled with stone fruit and molasses. Learn more$15.50
Each year, legendary coffee producer Aida Battle – like a vintner – tastes and crafts an incredibly special coffee composed of peaberries from her three original farms. This once-a-year, limited-edition Grand Reserve from Aida shouldn't be missed. This year’s blend includes a half-dozen specially processed coffees that, when put together, represent a level of complexity that cannot be matched. This year's grand reserve represents the most refined year yet, with delicate flavors of pear, tropical fruit, and sugar cane. Learn more$37.50
