About the coffees
Gradient:
Colombia is one of our favorite origins to source fresh, high-quality coffees from small-scale farmers, with diverse landscapes and a climate that supports year-round harvesting. For our dark roast, Gradient, we use 100% Colombian coffees and roast them to create a syrupy-bodied coffee with notes of dark chocolate, roasted nuts, and berry.
La Golondrina:
La Golondrina is a testament to the power of partnership. The Orgánica cooperative, renowned for their unwavering commitment to sustainability, has produced our La Golondrina offering since 2007. Our most popular single-origin, this coffee has captured the hearts of our customers. La Golondrina showcases quintessential Colombian coffee flavors, featuring a harmonious balance of zesty cherry, rich milk chocolate, and delightful nutty notes.
