Coffee-driven customer-support-team member Chelsea Thoumsin may be CCC Barista and Steward Certified—and have visited the coffee farms Nicaragua, Mexico, and Panama—but what she's proudest of so far is prying the K-cup machine of of her mother's counter and replacing it with a manual-brewing set-up.

When she's not planning her next trip to origin or converting family members to hand-crafted coffee, she can be found at her abode in Center City, Philadelphia, making cream cheese, hanging out with her dog, and listening to ZZ Top—probably simultaneously.
