Georgia's interest in the coffee world spawned from her time working for a winery. She's a native Australian and was working for a winery in Yarra Valley, Victoria, Australia, when they asked her to start doing the brunch barista shift. She then made her way to a roastery/cafe in Melbourne, called Market Lane, where she took a full-time barista position and started her love for working in coffee. Her experiences in specialty coffee continued after taking a lab with Meister in New York, while on vacation there, and finding a job at Bluebird Coffee Shop.

Outside of work, she loves dancing, having started when she was three; challenge her to a dance off and she's there! She also really enjoys traveling. She's lived in Melbourne, London, New York, and, now, San Francisco and traveled to Thailand, Fiji, Bali, New Zealand, Guatemala, England, Scotland, France, Italy, Spain, Denmark, Canada, and the US. She's recently moved to San Francisco with her dog Truman, who is a real heartbreaker.
