An 18-year veteran of coffee, Josh has been a barista and manager at some of Chicago’s top cafes, and inspired his coffee-driven classmates in college by expanding an on-campus kiosk into an ace coffee shop. Now, as a member of Chi-town’s customer support team as a technical services operator, Josh keeps all the city’s best shops up and running without a hitch (and always with a smile).

If you really want to see him smile, though, ask him about his other careers: He’s both a published fantasy novelist and a talented jazz guitarist, performing and recording under the moniker Avec Moi. He and his wife, Lindsey, share their Chicago nest with a cat named Diesel.
