  1. Apollo – 12 oz bag

    Apollo – 12 oz bag

We are transfixed by Ethiopian coffees—Ethiopia is the birthplace of coffee, after all. And we are inspired by their floral, citrusy bright notes for the coffees that we use in Apollo. Learn more
  2. Baroida - 12 oz bag

    Baroida - 12 oz bag

Beautiful, unique, and challenging don't begin to tell the complex story of Papua New Guinea. For three generations in the country's Eastern Highlands, the Colbran family has been producing what we consider to be the best coffee in the Pacific through impeccable management and attention to detail. Spicy and savory with notes of molasses. Learn more
  3. Big Trouble – 12 oz bag

Big Trouble – 12 oz bag

Big Trouble offers nutty, caramel flavors people know and love, which may seem easy—and our goal is to make it easy to enjoy in any brewer—but it's actually one of the most challenging for us, because clean, sweet, low-acidity coffees from small-scale farms can be elusive. Learn more
  4. Birhanu Zerihun – Natural Sundried – 12 oz box

Birhanu Zerihun – Natural Sundried – 12 oz box

    Single-Farmer Lot
While we were scouting for farmers in the community of Biloya in southern Ethiopia to start a small-grower project to produce high-quality natural sundried coffees, we came across growers in an adjacent community called Hama. In this community, we met Birhanu Zerihun who built an impressive set-up for his natural sundried coffees on his 10 hectares of land—and created a super-juicy coffee with bright notes raspberry and strawberry. 5. Bonta - 12 oz Bag

    Bonta - 12 oz Bag

This coffee is the result of the hard work of about two dozen small- and medium-sized family farms growing mainly Bourbon- and Typica-variety coffee in the small village of Bonta at around 1,700 meters. Small lots from these farms are processed and kept separate for us by the Colbran family—our long time partners in Papua New Guinea—to create a coffee that is savory, softly citric, and delicately tea-like. 6. Decaf Concepcion Huista – 12 oz bag

Decaf Concepcion Huista – 12 oz bag

Farmers in Guatemala’s western mountains produce some of the highest-quality coffees in Latin America. So it's little surprise that the region is the source of several of our most-interesting coffees of the season—coffees that make exceptional decaffeinated offerings. Soft flavors of prune are balanced with the rich, bittersweet chocolate notes found in this selection from the CODECH cooperative in Concepcion Huista. Learn more
  7. Fast Forward – 12 oz bag

In Fast Forward, we offer similar coffees from different harvest periods, making it easy to enjoy fresh coffees throughout the year. And Fast Forward allows us to evolve by working with emerging coffee projects. Learn more
  8. Finca Kilimanjaro – 12 oz box

Finca Kilimanjaro – 12 oz box

Finca Kilimanjaro is the product of a dedicated, passionate artisan of coffee farming: Aida Batlle. Whether it is the special Kenya variety or the amazing processing, this coffee continues to be the best coffee we taste from El Salvador. This unique lot is a combination of pulp natural and washed coffee selections from the farm that showcases deep and sweet notes of clementine and dried fruit. Learn more
  9. Forty-Six – 12 oz bag

    Forty-Six – 12 oz bag

Reclaiming dark roasts from the realm of less-than-great coffee, we take some of our best and roast them with care in Forty-Six to create something complex, sweet, clean, smoky, and nuanced. This coffee was originally recipe #46; hence the name. Learn more
  10. Haru - 12 oz bag

    Haru - 12 oz bag

Downtown Yirgacheffe sits in a small valley. Up at almost the peaks on either side are the communities and cooperatives of Idido and Haru. We have been buying coffee from both of these places for years, and, even though geographically they're close, they have distinct and impressive profiles. This lot was produced exclusively for us by the Haru cooperative and is distinctly tea-like—brimming with elegant floral notes and lemongrass. Learn more
