    This year, we focused on the La Voz cooperative in Lake Atitlán, Guatemala, to produce a few great lots for our decaffeinated offerings. We decaffeinate this coffee using a natural organic water process in small batches that only last us a short time—which keeps this coffee very fresh and tasting its best. We have been buying coffee from both of these places for years, and, even though geographically they're close, they have distinct and impressive profiles.
