This year, we worked with our long-standing partners in northern Peru to isolate community lots for single-origin offerings. Last year, our favorite natural-processed coffee was from Buziraguhindwa, and this year it repeats that distinction. This exceptional coffee comes from Ramadhan Salum who produced the first-ever special preparation natural in Burundi, and, while he has inspired others in the country to try their hands at it, he is the original.
