  1. Sipacapa – Single-Origin, Organic Coffee from Guatemala

    Sipacapa – 12 oz Bag

The small cooperative that produces this coffee is in San Marcos—a region of western Guatemala that is very high in elevation and has a notably dry climate. Only in the last few decades have people there really been planting and increasingly focusing on coffee. This is our third year working with this organic producer group, and we love the notes of dark chocolate, grape, and brown sugar this coffee delivers. Learn more

Rommel Melghem – 12 oz Box

    Single-Farmer Lot
On his small 3.5-hectare farm nestled in an area close to the El Jilguero ("The Goldfinch") forest reserve in Marcala, Honduras, Rommel Melghem is always innovating. He has been experimenting with different varieties and is using some of the most-forward-thinking organic practices of any farmer we know. On top of that, this year his coffee impressed us more than any from his peers at the COMSA cooperative: notes of almond, cherry, and nougat. Learn more

Finca El Puente - 12 oz bag

Finca El Puente is a special coffee that is truly close to our hearts. We encountered it on our very first trip to Honduras, fell in love with it then, and have been head over heels ever since. This harvest of Finca El Puente brings plum notes and brown sugar sweetness with toasted nut in the finish. Learn more
