  7. Idido Natural Sundried - 12 oz Bag

Idido Natural Sundried - 12 oz Bag

A decade ago, an experimental natural-processed coffee from the area surrounding the Idido village changed what we—and much of the coffee industry—have come to expect from Yirgacheffe and natural coffees in general. Ripe cherry selection, a focus on sorting, and better drying techniques have time and time again made natural sundried coffees from the Idido Cooperative our favorite—showcasing notes of strawberry, dried fruit, and bittersweet chocolate.
