  1. Rosales – Single-Origin Coffee from Colombia

    Rosales - 12 oz Bag

"Go big or go home" is a fitting mantra for our sudden influx of coffees from Nariño, Colombia. This year, not only did we see huge potential with small, independent producers, we also started working with Cafes Especiales—the promising cooperative based in the towns of Buesaco and Tablón de Gómez that produced this coffee. Notes of milk chocolate, nut, and black cherry. Learn more

  3. Underdog – Limited-Release Blend

    Underdog – 12 oz box

    Limited-Release Blend
When sourcing the best quality coffees possible, it is simpler to ignore coffee from the majority of producing countries and to focus, instead, on the places that are easy to work in and are already ahead of the curve. That isn't our style, though. Underdog is made of coffees from—and dedicated to—places that are generally overlooked for top-quality coffee. Places that, this year, produced some of our best offerings! Notes of sweet pastry, green apple, and dried fruit. Learn more

  5. Lacau – Single-Origin Coffee from East Timor

    Lacau – 12 oz Bag

Despite having not purchased coffee from the tiny nation of East Timor in the past eight years, two coffees this year changed our minds about the potential there. One of those coffees is from the community of Lacau. With some of the best altitude on the island and a predominance of Typica in the area, this lot has a clarity we have never seen in a coffee from East Timor. Look for notes of molasses, apple, and spice.

  6. Haupu – Single-Origin Coffee from East Timor

    Huapu – 12 oz Bag

We’re always on the lookout for new coffees with potential for greatness. So, despite having not purchased coffee from the tiny nation of East Timor in the past eight years, we were eager to try coffees from Lacau and Huapu after hearing an importer rave about them. At once vibrant and syrupy, these coffees are like nothing we’ve ever tasted from East Timor. In Huapu, look for notes of maple syrup, ripe fruit, and white pepper.
