Coffee Origins

The Coffee Origins Lab takes a broad look at the global coffee trade, outlining trade and consumption history, as well as differences among coffees worldwide. Students will learn about coffee agronomy, varieties, processing, production techniques, regional traditions, and the evolution of coffee consumption. Students will taste the broad diversity of coffees in the world through several cupping flights.
