Sipacapa is more than a delicious coffee, it's a commitment to sustainability. Since their inception in 2009, the Asociación de Caficultores y Agricultores de Sipacapa (ACAS) has championed coffee production as a green alternative to the damaging mining industry in San Marcos. The organization also supports their members’ transition to organic production. With notes of stone fruit and simple syrup atop a uniquely juicy mouthfeel, the coffee from Sipacapa invites you to savor the tangible fruits of their transformation.

Pacamara, a remarkable coffee variety from El Salvador, is the result of crossbreeding the local Pacas variety with Maragogipe, a variety known for its large bean size and outsized, punchy flavor. This unique hybrid is a hallmark of Salvadorian specialty coffee, and our partners at Cafenor have curated a stunning example of the variety's full potential. This coffee is a blend of both washed and honey-processed coffee and is brimming with vibrant fruit flavors. Look for notes of juicy stone fruit and red grapes rooted in deep chocolatey sweetness.
