Before coffee became a global commodity, it was produced like Dambi Udo Natural Sundried: cultivated in Ethiopia's forests under a dense canopy of shade, harvested by hand, and dried as whole cherries. At the Guji Highland estate in Dambi Udo village, they preserve this tradition while using modern techniques to harness the complex flavors of coffee's origin.
