Build A Gift Subscription

Gift subscriptions are shipped once a month for a predetermined period. You can select three months (three orders), six months (six orders), or 12 months (12 orders). Then, you can choose one of our fabulous coffees and add it to your cart. Once you reach checkout, enter your recipient's name, shipping address, and your credit card information. And you're all set to give the gift that keeps giving.

Gift subscriptions are billed per order at the time that each shipment renews. Billing will automatically terminate once the selected period has ended.

Yes. The cancel button is available on the "Your Subscription" page at the bottom right of each active subscription. 

Free shipping is available once an order reaches $30.

Your subscription order will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days from purchase. Your delivery schedule will depend on your location and proximity to our Durham, North Carolina Coffee Roastery. All orders ship via UPS Surepost.

Log into your account and select "Your Subscriptions," take note of the active subscriptions, and select the "Edit" button on the subscription you want to update. Select the arrow to the right of the coffee. A cart will appear, allowing you to swap the product or increase or decrease the quantity.

The schedule is determined at the time of the initial checkout. However, if you would like to make any changes, please get in touch with our customer service team.

Log into your account and select “Your Subscriptions,” take note of the active subscriptions, and select the “Edit” button on the subscription you want to update; scroll down to “Shipping Address” and select the arrow on the right. From there, you can make changes and save. If you have multiple active subscriptions, repeat this process for all that need to be updated.
