Receiving the Digital Card:

• The Digital Card will be emailed to you or your designated recipient. It includes a 16-digit code redeemable during checkout at counterculturecoffee.com.

If the Digital Card is a gift, You can either:

• Send it directly from our site, including a gift message, and schedule a specific send time or Forward the digital card from your email inbox to your recipient's email.

Sending Directly From Our Site:

• Select the checkbox next to "I want to send this as a Gift" Complete the form with your recipient's details The Digital Card will then be emailed to the recipient with your personalized gift message.
• If You Skip the checkbox/form before purchase: The Digital Card will be sent to the email address linked to your purchase. You can then use the code yourself or forward it to your recipient.

Once you have access to the emailed Digital Card, please copy the 16-digit code at the bottom of the card image,

Then, paste the 16-digit code in the coupon field at checkout.

You will see the last four digits of the code on the checkout line and the value subtracted from the total.
