“I have a super busy schedule but need good coffee, and I like to choose companies that ethically source ingredients. A friend told me about CCC's subscription, and it was exactly what I was looking for. Great coffee, great selections, convenient ordering experience, and I never run out.”

Single-Origin | Karongi, Rwanda
Intango
apricot | citrus | black tea
Roast Level
light roast
The Intango coffee washing station is owned by Gilbert Gatali, a widely recognized leader in Rwanda’s relatively young and thriving specialty coffee sector. Gilbert believes in coffee's potential to transform lives, and his passion for coffee and the people behind it is inspiring to witness. We taste notes of apricot, citrus, and black tea—a classic Rwanda profile that keeps us coming back year after year.

Subscriber-Exclusive | San Jose del Alto, Peru
La Palestina
plum | cola | citrus
Roast Level
light roast
La Palestina began as a small plot planted by Don Juan Alarcón in 1978. As his family grew, so did the size of the farm as he purchased additional land to pass on to his children. Over time, the Alarcóns have worked to create a farm that seamlessly weaves together tradition and innovation. Since our first visit to Palestina in 2018, we’ve seen a range of investments that have not only improved coffee quality but also increased biodiversity. This exclusive lot comes to us from the plot of Juan’s son, Jose Praxedes Alarcón. It’s a single variety called Marshell–a local mutation related to Catimors but with a cup quality that sets it apart. We taste fruited notes of plum and citrus alongside a cola-like sweetness.
