This berry cobbler cappuccino is the perfect comfort recipe to bring out the fruity notes in Iridescent while getting cozy with the familiar milk chocolatey undertones we love in a cappuccino. We would never encourage you to skip the dessert, but instead add this decadent drink as the perfect companion.
Berry Cobbler Cappuccino Recipe
Yield: Blackberry and barley malt reduction makes ~12 drinks
Ingredients:
- 2 cups of blackberries
- 1/4 cup of barley malt
- Double shot of Iridescent
- Milk of choice (we used oat milk)
- Grated allspice for garnish
Instructions:
- Make a blackberry and barley malt reduction. Combine blackberries and barley malt in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Once boiling, smash blackberries with a spoon. Remove from heat and strain through a mesh strainer. Set aside.
- Add 10 grams of blackberry and barley malt reduction to a mug.
- Pull a doubleshot of espresso directly on the blackberry and barley malt reduction and stir to combine.
- Steam oat milk and pour into the mug.
- Top with a dusting of allspice.
- Enjoy!
