Recipe:

• 2 oz. of espresso (or 1/2 cup of strong brewed coffee) We recommend Field Trip
• 1/2 tablespoon vanilla syrup (or to taste)
• 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon (adjust to taste)
• 1/2 cup ice

For the Blueberry Cold Foam:

• 1/4 cup heavy cream (or milk of choice for a lighter version)
• 1 tablespoon blueberry syrup (or blueberry puree)
• 1 teaspoon vanilla syrup
• Ice (optional, for a firmer foam)

Optional:

• Sprinkles (purple, green, and gold for King Cake colors)

Instructions:

For The Royal Bloom:

1. Brew espresso (or 1/2 cup of strong brewed coffee).
2. In a shaker, combine the espresso, vanilla syrup, ground cinnamon, and ice.
3. Close the shaker tightly and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until well-chilled and frothy.
4. Strain the mixture into your glass, leaving the ice behind in the shaker.

For the Blueberry Cold Foam:

1. In a small jar or a frothing pitcher, combine the heavy cream (or milk of choice), blueberry syrup, and vanilla syrup.
2. Shake or froth the mixture until it thickens and forms a foamy consistency (you can also use a handheld frother or whisk).
3. Spoon or pour the blueberry cold foam gently over the top of the shaken espresso.

Optional Garnish:

• Top the foam with sprinkles in purple, green, and gold (representing King Cake) for a festive touch.

Serving:
