The nostalgic familiarity of Pink House Alchemy’s Sarsaparilla syrup creates a unique and fun soda when combined with Hologram. Topped with the soft sweetness and subtle creaminess from the Strawberry oat milk, this silky spunky dairy-free beverage might have you singing “Strawberry Cream Soda forever.”

pH Alchemy Sarsaparilla Syrup
pH Alchemy Strawberry Syrup (seasonal)
Seltzer water
Filtered water
Oat milk (recipe developed using Minor Figures)

Hologram Soda

1 part Hologram espresso
1 part Pink House Alchemy Sarsaparilla Syrup
1.5 parts H20
1.5 parts seltzer

This is easy to batch or make as a single drink. For batching, we recommend chilling the espresso then combining it with the pH Sarsaparilla Syrup and water to make your “soda syrup.” When ready to drink or serve, combine this with the appropriate ratio of seltzer for the volume of cup you are serving in.

1 part Strawberry Syrup
4 parts oat milk

Combine oat milk and pH Strawberry Syrup with a frother or in a blender to incorporate ingredients. This is not a cold foam, so it likely won't sit on top of drinks the way cold foam does but will have “iced latte energy.”
