  1. Sipacapa – Single-Origin, Organic Coffee from Guatemala

    Sipacapa – 12 oz Bag

Sipacapa is produced by a cooperative in San Marcos—a region of western Guatemala that is high in elevation and has a notably dry climate, but is not historically known for exceptional coffee. In the last few decades, however, cooperatives throughout San Marcos have increasingly focused on planting and developing quality coffee. This is our fourth year working with this organic producer group, and we love the notes of dark chocolate, fig, and brown sugar this coffee delivers.

  2. Rosales – Single-Origin Coffee from Colombia

Los Rosales - 12 oz Bag

With a climate influenced by its proximity to the Pacific Ocean, the region of Nariño, Colombia, is a special place that is known for great coffees. It is there—in particular the towns of Buesaco and Tablón de Gómez—that the Cafés Especiales cooperative members focus on selections of their Caturra variety for this stunning lot with notes of black cherry, plum, and milk chocolate.

  3. La Golondrina – 12 oz bag

La Golondrina – 12 oz bag

The Orgánica cooperative in the region of Cauca, Colombia, has been creating coffee for our La Golondrina offering since 2007. Over the years, they have shown they are one of the strongest organizations we work with—and it's no wonder they have one of the best organic coffees in the country. Look for layered flavors of milk chocolate, cherry, and nut.

  4. Finca El Puente – 12 oz bag

Finca El Puente – 12 oz bag

We met Moisés Herrera and Marysabel Caballero—the couple that runs Finca El Puente—in 2005. Since then, they have become like family and inspire us every year. From experimental coffee varieties and growing techniques to unique ways of processing, they push the boundaries of quality. This mostly Catuai-variety lot is lush with notes of Concord grape accented by a brown-sugar sweetness that finishes with a crisp, toasted nut character.

  5. Decaf Valle del Santuario

Decaf Las Redes de Cenfrocafe – 12 oz bag

The term Las Redes is Spanish for "the networks," and each group of farmers the Cenfrocafe Cooperative works with in Northern Peru has a different network name based on the micro-regions their coffees come from. This particular lot is a blend of a few micro-regions that we decaffeinated with an organic water process—leaving intact buttery notes of cocoa powder, walnut, and plum.

  6. Bonta – 12 oz Bag

    Bonta – 12 oz Bag

This coffee is the result of the hard work of about two dozen small- and medium-sized family farms growing mainly Bourbon- and Typica-variety coffee in the small village of Bonta at approximately 1,700 meters. Small lots from these farms are processed and kept separate for us by the Colbran family—our long time partners in Papua New Guinea—to create a coffee that is savory, softly citric, and delicately tea-like.

  7. ASUVIM - 12 oz bag

    ASUVIM - 12 oz bag

Representing three villages near beautiful Lake Atitlán in southwestern Guatemala, La Asociación Integral Unidos Para Vivir Mejor (ASUVIM) is a small coffee association with a strong focus on quality. Look for flavors of nectarine, red grape, and simple syrup.
